6x Native Loading Dye

mix:

600 μl 50% glycerol in H₂O
50 μl 1% bromophenol blue dissolved in ethanol
50 μl 1% xylene cyanol dissolved in ethanol
60 μl 1 M tris pH 8.0
60 μl 500 mM EDTA
60 μl 10% SDS
120 μl H₂O

add 1 μl of loading dye per 5 μl aqueous solution
